Figure EEEE: Robot Head Housing (RP1000)

Notes:

1. When disassembling the robot head (Figure EEEE), take care not to let the detent ball and spring (25 and 24) fall out of the left housing half (21), since they are both small and easy to lose!

2. When assembling left and right discharge housing halves (21 and 22), the friction block (34) and spring (35) must be compressed slightly in order to fit 21 and 22 together. Also, a small amount of grease or vaseline will help hold the detent spring (25) and ball (24) in place while the housing halves are assembled.
