Note:

1) When disassembling the robot head (Figure E), take care not to let the detent ball and spring (39 and 42) fall out of the left housing half (8), since they are both small and easy to lose!

2) When assembling left and right discharge housing halves 8 and 9, the friction block (13) and spring (40) must be compressed slightly in order to fit 8 and 9 together. Also, a small amount of grease or Vaseline will help hold the detent spring (39) and ball (42) in place while the housing halves are assembled.
